Digitize: We produce a
digital image of your cup and rim in the form of a DXF file that we can
use to produce an exact copy: $175

order (Your mouthpiece contour is supplied in the form of a DXF file,
either by email or on disc): $250

Copy outside shape (We
make a rough drawing and measurements to reproduce an outside contour.

Modify an existing design.
You can use a pencil or a PC drawing program to make changes or combine
features from different designs in our database: $ 25-100
Create a digital image from a
drawing or sketch. Start with a blank sheet of paper or a PC drawing
program and design your own mouthpiece. This is an interactive process.
We’ll work with you to make sure it works. Price varies with the
complexity of the project.

We can duplicate any thread. An extra charge may be made for odd sizes.

note: One mouthpiece can be threaded to yield either a cup or a rim, not

Refinishing
Silver-Cup, rim, one-piece: $45
Gold-Cup, rim, one piece: $65
All finish work is done in
house. As our primary goal is to preserve the shape of the rim, cup and
shank, you may still see some imperfections in the finished job. Our
silver and gold plating is the finest obtainable and is guaranteed for
one year.
