The Finke workshop is one of the most innovative in Germany. Johannes and his staff continue to turn out a small number of superb instruments, combining traditional craft techniques with the latest acoustical and materials research. His Wagner tubas combine tradition appearance and sound with light weight, super-durable Mini-bal linkages, and plastic-steel composite rotors. Finke offers tuben in yellow or gold brass, all instruments are supplied lacquered unless otherwise requested.
